Design lands
Your file enters the queue. Our prepress team checks resolution, colour space, and bleed before anything goes to film.

DTF film prints
CMYK + white ink lay down on transfer film at 300 DPI. Each job runs independently — no batching with someone else.

Heat-press to blank
Operator aligns the transfer on the blank and runs it under our heat press at calibrated pressure and time.
04
QC + ship
Print is inspected against your file, then folded, bagged, and handed to the carrier. Tracking lands in your inbox.
